ADVANCED CARE FOR CLENCHING + GRINDING

A Different Approach to Clenching and Grinding

Remvia is a custom device designed to help address bruxism differently than a traditional night guard.

Instead of simply cushioning the teeth, Remvia was designed to support a more thoughtful approach to muscle activity, comfort, and function.

Remvia consultations are scheduled separately from general dental visits.

What Is Remvia?

Remvia is a novel, FDA-cleared device designed to help address clenching and grinding.

Each Remvia device is custom-made for the patient and designed to be worn comfortably during times when clenching or grinding may occur. The system includes a device for each side of the mouth.

Traditional night guards often focus on protecting teeth from wear. Remvia was designed to approach the problem differently.

Less “just protect the teeth.” More thoughtful support for the pattern behind the wear.

A More Functional Way to Think About Grinding (Bruxism)

Traditional night guards sit between the upper and lower teeth and act as a barrier to help protect the teeth from grinding forces.

Remvia sits primarily in the cheek, with a small extension positioned behind the molars rather than between the teeth. When the teeth come fully together, the extension behind the molars engages, allowing the device to function differently from traditional night guards while remaining small and comfortable to wear.
